Cancellation of appointments
If an appointment cannot be kept, we ask that you cancel it 6 hours in advance or arrange an alternative appointment.
In case of last-minute cancellations, we have to charge a 15% surcharge on the normal price.
Massage time and waiting time
Massage time includes time for undressing and dressing. For clients who are late to an appointment,
the massage time will be reduced accordingly if the therapist has a follow-up appointment.
If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
We ask for your kind support and understanding by being punctual in your own interest.
